DARPG Releases 48th Monthly CPGRAMS Report, Sets New Milestones for April 2026

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has published its 48th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for April 2026. The report reveals that Central Ministries and Departments successfully redressed 1,88,969 grievances, continuing a long-standing trend of resolving over 1 lakh grievances monthly. Top performers in the Grievance Redressal Assessment & Index for Group A include the Department of Telecommunications, Department of Posts, and Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. In Group B, standout performers were the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Textiles, and Ministry of Steel. Additional insights highlight 76,643 new registrations on the platform and enhanced grievance redressal processes, including secretary-level reviews introduced in 2025 to improve efficiency and citizen satisfaction.
