Delhi Achieves Best Air Quality Index in 2025

Delhi-NCR has recorded its best average Air Quality Index (AQI) from January to August 2025, with an average AQI of 172, marking a significant improvement over previous years. The period saw no days exceeding an AQI of 400, and the lowest levels of PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations since 2018. The number of 'Satisfactory' days also reached a high of 65, reflecting ongoing efforts to combat air pollution in the region.
