The Department of Biotechnology has initiated the fifth edition of the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM 5.0), focusing on cleanliness, efficiency, and accountability within government offices. The campaign aims to review pending references, grievances, and optimize office space while promoting a culture of cleanliness. The preparatory phase will end on September 30, 2025, followed by an implementation phase from October 2 to October 31, 2025. Previous campaigns have successfully cleared numerous grievances and improved office environments.
