Department of Posts Concludes Special Campaign 5.0

The Department of Posts, under the Ministry of Communications, successfully completed the Special Campaign 5.0, emphasizing cleanliness, efficiency, and citizen-centric service. The campaign, held from October 2 to 31, 2025, resulted in the disposal of 100,000 public grievances, the weeding out of 17,352 old files, and the freeing of 23,287 sq. ft. of office space. Initiatives included grassroots outreach, wall art for cleanliness messaging, and the inauguration of a crèche facility for employee welfare.
