Department of Posts Launches Medicine Delivery Service for ECHS Beneficiaries

The Department of Posts, in collaboration with the Department of Ex-servicemen, has launched a new service for the delivery of medicines to beneficiaries of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS). This service, which began as a pilot in Delhi, will now be available nationwide, ensuring efficient and secure delivery of medicines not available at ECHS polyclinics. The initiative aims to leverage the postal network for public welfare, with logistics managed by India Post.
