The Department of Posts has initiated the implementation phase of Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2025, with defined targets aimed at enhancing governance and cleanliness. Building on previous successes, the campaign focuses on resolving public grievances, conducting cleanliness drives, and optimizing space management. The ambitious targets include resolving 90,000 grievances and conducting cleanliness campaigns at 125,000 sites across India, emphasizing the institutionalization of cleanliness practices within the postal network.
