The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) successfully concluded the Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 campaign, which ran from September 17 to October 2, 2025, focusing on cleanliness and citizen participation. The campaign included various activities such as tree plantations, walkathons, and cleanliness drives, culminating in the launch of Special Campaign 5.0 aimed at resolving pending public issues. The DoT identified over 450 campaign sites nationwide to enhance service delivery and foster a culture of cleanliness and efficiency.
