The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has implemented comprehensive policy and technical initiatives to enhance telecom network security and mitigate cyber threats. In an effort to prevent spoofed calls and combat telecom fraud, DoT has introduced systems to identify such threats and a citizen-centric initiative, Sanchar Saathi, to report suspicious activities.
