DHTI Signs MoUs with NADT and VVGNLI to Boost Training and Research Collaboration

The Defence Headquarters Training Institute (DHTI) has strengthened its commitment to enhancing India's public sector training ecosystem by signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) and the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI). These agreements, formalized on November 26, 2025, seek to enhance cooperation in training, research, and administrative coordination. They align with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's vision of a robust national training ecosystem, emphasizing continuous professional development, skill upgradation, and behavioural excellence.
