DOPPW Launches Nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0

The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) is set to conduct the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 from November 1 to 30, 2025, across 1600 districts in India. A review meeting led by Secretary (Pension) Shri V. Srinivas highlighted the success of the previous campaign, which generated 1.62 crore DLCs. The new campaign aims to achieve 2 crore DLCs, emphasizing Face Authentication technology and providing doorstep services for senior and differently-abled pensioners. An extensive awareness campaign will precede the initiative, utilizing various media channels to inform pensioners about submission options.
