Utilizing face authentication, the campaign significantly benefited elderly and differently-abled pensioners. Additionally, over 1.07 lakh grievances were resolved, while the average grievance resolution time dropped to 28 days. The National Anubhav Awards encouraged retiring officials to share experiences, promoting transparency and engagement. The integration of pension processes with Bhavishya has streamlined applications, with nearly 42,000 submitted forms. Awareness programs and workshops further bolstered understanding of pension-related procedures and rights. Overall, these efforts reflect DoPPW's commitment to digitizing and improving the pension management system, ensuring smoother retirement transitions and sustained welfare for pensioners.
