DoT Completes Special Campaign 5.0 for Cleanliness and Grievance Resolution

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) successfully conducted Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2025, focusing on cleanliness and resolving pending grievances. The campaign, monitored by Union Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, achieved 100% resolution of public grievances across over 520 sites, generated revenue of approximately Rs. 6.82 crore through e-waste disposal, and liberated 46,000 sq. ft. of office space. Best practices included eco-friendly disposal methods and solar panel installations to reduce carbon footprint.
