DPIIT and Thermo Fisher Scientific Sign MoU to Boost India's Biotech Startups

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thermo Fisher Scientific to support over 500 biotech startups in India over the next three years. The partnership includes the launch of the BioVerse Challenge and BioVerse Mentors Circle, aimed at providing mentorship, technology access, and investor connections to emerging biotech entrepreneurs. This initiative is expected to strengthen India's biotechnology ecosystem and enhance its position as a global hub for biotech innovation.
