DPIIT Unveils Digital Sponsorship Module for e-B4 Visa
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), under India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has launched a digital module on November 29, 2025, for generating sponsorship letters for foreign professionals visiting India under the e-Production Investment Business Visa, also known as the e-B4 Visa. Part of a broader reform to enhance business processes, this module is integrated with the National Single Window System (NSWS) to streamline application procedures, eliminate the need for line ministry approvals, and enable quicker processing through digital authentication.
