Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya Inaugurates New ESIC Hospital in Karnataka
Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Labour & Employment, inaugurated the new 100-bedded ESIC Hospital in Doddaballapur, Karnataka, and laid the foundation for another in Bellary. This effort is part of the expansion of healthcare services under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, aimed at enhancing health facilities for workers. The minister highlighted the significant increase in social security coverage, now reaching over 64% of workers, and announced a nationwide health check-up drive for workers aged 40 and above.
