Draft Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025: Public Feedback and Cybersecurity Initiatives

The Ministry of Electronics & IT has published the Draft Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, receiving 6,915 inputs from citizens and stakeholders. The rules aim to operationalize the DPDP Act, 2023, which regulates digital personal data processing.
