DRDO Hosts Industry Outreach Programme to Propel Indigenous Defence Manufacturing

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) organized an Industry Outreach Programme at DRDO Bhawan in New Delhi with over 220 scientists and 271 industry leaders. The event, aimed at fostering collaboration between DRDO and industrial partners for indigenous defence manufacturing, was highlighted by discussions on the DRDO's ToT Policy -2025, and strategies for achieving self-reliance in defence technology. Key officials, including DRDO Chairman Dr. Samir V Kamat, emphasized the goal of transforming India from a defense importer to a net exporter, aligning with the vision of a self-reliant and developed India.
