DRI Seizes 119.4 kg of Alprazolam in Andhra Pradesh Operation

In a coordinated operation across multiple cities, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) seized 119.4 kg of Alprazolam valued at Rs. 23.88 crore from a clandestine manufacturing facility in Atchuthapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Eight individuals, including key figures in the operation, were arrested. The DRI also confiscated significant quantities of raw materials and equipment used in the illegal production of the psychotropic substance, which was intended for distribution in Telangana.
