The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has intercepted a major cocaine smuggling attempt at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, seizing 4.7 kg of cocaine valued at ₹47 crore. The drugs were concealed in coffee packets and a female passenger arriving from Colombo was arrested along with four accomplices. This incident highlights a troubling trend of drug syndicates exploiting women as couriers. The DRI is committed to dismantling such networks to protect India's youth and national security.
