ECI Conducts Workshop for Media and Communication Officers

The Election Commission of India (ECI) held a one-day workshop for Media and Communication officers from Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) across all states and union territories. The workshop focused on countering misinformation and ensuring accurate communication regarding the electoral process. Participants included 51 Media Nodal Officers and Social Media Nodal Officers, with sessions dedicated to the Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls and strategies to combat misinformation. This was the third such workshop, following previous sessions in April and June 2025.
