Economic Growth Driven by Unincorporated Non-Agricultural Sector

The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) reported significant growth in the unincorporated non-agricultural sector in India, with a 7.97% increase in establishments and a 10.87% growth in Gross Value Added (GVA) during 2025. Female entrepreneurship is prominent, particularly in manufacturing, where women lead 60% of establishments. Digital adoption has surged, with more than 50% of traders using the internet, marking improved operational dynamics.
