Election Commission Releases Special Intensive Revision Update
The Election Commission of India released a daily bulletin detailing the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase II. The enumeration phase, running from November 4th to December 11th, 2025, involves the distribution and digitization of Elector specific Enumeration Forms (EFs) across various states and union territories. As of December 2, 2025, a total of 99.78% forms have been distributed, with approximately 90.14% digitized. States such as Lakshadweep and Goa have already achieved 100% distribution and digitization of EFs. This data is crucial for ensuring accurate electoral rolls ahead of upcoming elections.
