The Election Commission's Daily Bulletin, released on 1st December 2025, outlines the progress of the Special Intensive Revision Phase II, taking place from 4th November to 11th December 2025. The report includes data on the distribution and digitization status of Elector Enumeration Forms across multiple states and Union Territories. Among the highlights, Lakshadweep and Goa have achieved 100% digitization, while Uttar Pradesh shows a 77.04% digitization rate. The EC emphasizes that the digitization figures account for electors identified as absent, shifted, dead, or with multiple entries.
