Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision Achieves Over 99% Digitisation
On December 10, 2025, the Election Commission released a bulletin detailing the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase II, conducted from November 4 to December 11, 2025. The bulletin highlights the successful distribution and digitization of Elector-specific Enumeration Forms (EFs) across 12 states and union territories. Notably, Madhya Pradesh achieved 100% in both form distribution and digitization, while Kerala's digitization rate was slightly less at 98.52%. The overall digitization rate reached an impressive 99.59%.
