Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision Phase II Update

The Election Commission has provided an update on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase II, which is taking place from November 4th to December 4th, 2025. The report includes data on the distribution and digitization of Elector specific Enumeration Forms (EFs) across various states and union territories. As of November 29, 2025, a total of 50,73,51,583 EFs have been distributed, of which 99.53% have been distributed and 78.97% digitized. Uttar Pradesh leads with the highest number of electors, while Lakshadweep has achieved a 100% distribution and digitization rate. The report also notes that figures for the 193-Anta Assembly Constituency in Rajasthan are excluded due to a postponed enumeration phase, which will begin on December 8th.
