Using data from the Periodic Labour Force Survey, the Ministry monitors employment trends and focuses on enhancing employability through the Skill India Mission. Initiatives include the e-Shram portal for unorganized workers, and the implementation of four Labour Codes to streamline labor laws. The National Career Service Portal connects job seekers with opportunities, while the new Employment Linked Incentive Scheme aims to generate over 3.5 crore jobs.
