Enhancing e-Service Delivery in India through RTS Collaboration

The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, in collaboration with Right to Services (RTS) Commissioners, is working to enhance e-Service Delivery across States and UTs under the NeSDA framework. A recent meeting highlighted the growth of e-Services in India, which have surpassed 22,000. The initiative includes API integration for real-time data sharing and aims to improve service delivery in key sectors such as land, labour, finance, and environment. A comprehensive study will document the impact of RTS Commissions on public service delivery over the next nine months.
