EPFO Launches Employee Enrolment Scheme 2025
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has introduced the Employees’ Enrolment Scheme 2025, aimed at increasing EPF coverage and addressing past compliance issues. The scheme, running for six months from November 2025, encourages employers to voluntarily include employees excluded from EPF coverage between July 2017 and October 2025. Employers can benefit from reduced penalties and interest on contributions, while establishments under assessment inquiry and those eligible for government employment schemes can also participate. EPFO urges employers to seize this opportunity to support 'Social Security for All.'
