ESIC's Nationwide Health Initiative for Women and Families
The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is continuing its nationwide initiative, "Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan," from September 17 to October 2, 2025. This campaign, launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, aims to enhance women's health, promote early disease detection, and encourage healthier lifestyles among families. Various health camps and awareness sessions have been organized across multiple ESIC hospitals, focusing on screenings for diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancers, along with health education on nutrition and lifestyle disorders. The initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for a healthier society by 2047.
