Financial Assistance for Tribal Training and Skilling

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has announced financial assistance for the establishment of Van Dhan Vikas Kendras (VDVKs) under various government schemes aimed at enhancing the skills and training of tribal members. A total of 4624 VDVKs have been sanctioned, benefiting over 12.68 lakh members, including tribal youth. However, there is no specific scheme to promote employment of tribal youths in Multi-National Companies (MNCs).
