Fit India Organizes Nationwide Cycling Expeditions

The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports will launch two cycling expeditions, 'Iron Wheels of Unity', from October 31, 2025, to honor Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's 150th birth anniversary. The expeditions include a 4480 km journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and a 4000 km 'Pedal to Plant' initiative, promoting fitness and environmental awareness by planting 100,000 saplings. Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya encourages participation to foster a healthier lifestyle and reduce carbon emissions.
