Union Home Minister Amit Shah laid the foundation stone for the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) and Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This initiative aims to modernize the criminal justice system in central India and enhance the conviction rate through forensic science. The i-Hub initiative was also launched to support youth entrepreneurship in the state. The NFSU is set to expand to 26 locations nationwide, training over 32,000 forensic experts annually, contributing to education and employment in Chhattisgarh.
