The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) will host the Fourth Ananda Kentish Coomaraswamy Memorial Lecture on September 9, 2025. The lecture, titled 'The Origin of Another Buddha Image,' will be delivered by Prof. Naman P. Ahuja and will explore newly discovered images of bodhisattvas and Siddhartha in terracotta and ivory, challenging established notions of Buddha imagery and theistic worship in Ancient India.
