The Indian government has extended the Export Obligation period for chemical products under Advance Authorization from 6 months to 18 months. This decision, made by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) at the request of the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals (DCPC), aims to provide relief to exporters and enhance the competitiveness of Indian chemical products in the global market.
