Government Extends PLI Scheme Application Deadline for Textiles

The Government of India has extended the deadline for submitting applications under the PLI Scheme for Textiles to December 31, 2025, due to strong interest from industry stakeholders. This extension allows more prospective investors to participate in the scheme, which has seen a significant number of applications from sectors like Man-Made Fibre Apparel and Technical Textiles since the latest invitation round began in August 2025.
