Government Extends RoSCTL Scheme for Apparel and Made-ups Exports

The Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, has announced an extension of the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) Scheme for the export of apparel and made-up goods until September 30, 2026. This extension aims to continue bolstering global competitiveness for India's textile sector by rebating embedded taxes and levies. Simultaneously, the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme will also continue to support textile products not covered by RoSCTL. The joint initiative is part of the government's ongoing support for the textile industry, particularly benefiting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
