Government Launches Notary Portal for Efficient Online Services

The Ministry of Law and Justice has launched the Notary Portal to facilitate seamless online services for notary-related activities in accordance with the Notaries Act, 1952, and the Notaries Rules, 1956. The portal aims at promoting a paperless and transparent system for applying for notary appointment, renewing Certificates of Practice, and more. Over 36,000 digital Certificates have already been issued through this platform.
