Government of India Approves Rs.20 Crore for Nagaland Flood Relief
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has approved the release of Rs.20 crore as the second installment of the Central share of the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) to Nagaland. This funding aims to assist the state in providing immediate relief to those affected by heavy rainfall, flash floods, and landslides during the southwest monsoon. The Central Government has already allocated significant funds to various states for disaster relief and has deployed numerous teams for rescue operations during the monsoon season.
