Government Reforms in Public Grievance Redressal

The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has implemented a 10-step reform plan for the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) since April 2022, resulting in the resolution of over 80 lakh grievances and a reduction in redressal timelines from 28 days to 16 days by 2025. Comprehensive guidelines were issued to enhance grievance handling, and the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) was established to improve e-Governance services. Additionally, the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Programme has trained over 15,000 civil servants to enhance public service delivery.
