Government Sets Wage Rates Under Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission

The Central Government has announced the wage rates under the Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Gramin (VB–G RAM G) Act, 2025. These rates will ensure manual workers receive adequate compensation equivalent to or above the existing rates under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005. Additionally, provisions have been made for timely wage disbursement and compensation for delays.
