Government Strengthens Startup Ecosystem Under Startup India Initiative

The Government of India has reinforced its Startup India initiative, launched in January 2016, by implementing three key schemes: Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS), Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), and Credit Guarantee Scheme for Startups (CGSS). These schemes aim to support startups at various stages, with significant financial commitments made to venture capital funds and incubators. Additionally, the Project Swavalambini promotes entrepreneurship among women students through training and awareness programs in selected states.
