Government's CPGRAMS: A Comprehensive Grievance Redressal System
The Government of India has established the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), an online platform for citizens to lodge grievances regarding public service delivery. Operational since 2020, it has received over 1.20 crore grievances and redressed 1.28 crore by July 2025. The system includes a mobile app and is integrated with 5.1 lakh Common Service Centres to enhance accessibility, especially in rural areas. CPGRAMS 7.0 features 18,398 grievance categories across 91 Ministries, addressing issues like EPFO, income tax refunds, and more.
