Greater Centre-State Integration for Government Training

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh emphasized the need for enhanced integration between Centre and States to implement a 'Whole of Government' model in administration and training during a workshop for State Administrative Training Institutes. He highlighted that 1.36 crore government employees have enrolled on the iGOT Karmayogi portal to upskill. The workshop aims to develop Capacity Building Plans and foster collaboration among States, with a focus on using AI and technology in training.
