Grievance Redressal Under CPGRAMS
From April 1 to July 24, 2025, a total of 660,091 grievances were received by CPGRAMS, with 447,431 resolved within 30 days, averaging 16 days for resolution. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances holds monthly reviews to ensure timely grievance disposal, and a Feedback Call Centre has been operational since July 2022 to assess citizen satisfaction.
