Historic Crop Insurance Claim Disbursement in Rajasthan
On August 11, 2025, a significant event for farmers' safety and crop insurance claim payments will take place in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, led by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Over ₹3,200 crore will be digitally transferred to more than 30 lakh farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, with substantial amounts allocated to farmers in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and other states. The initiative aims to enhance financial security for farmers and promote transparency through technology.
