HLL Lifecare Limited Pays Record Dividend to Government of India

HLL Lifecare Limited has announced a record dividend of Rs. 69.53 crore to the Government of India for the financial year 2024-25. This marks one of the highest dividends in the company's history. Union Health Minister Shri J.P. Nadda praised HLL for its commitment to providing accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare, highlighting the significant impact of its subsidiaries and Amrit pharmacies in transforming the health sector. The company reported a revenue increase of 20% to Rs. 4,500 crore, with a consolidated revenue of Rs. 4,900 crore, reflecting a 19% growth over the previous fiscal year.
