iDEX-DIO and EdCIL Collaborate on Dual-Use Technology Development
The Defence Innovation Organisation (iDEX-DIO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EdCIL (India) Limited to develop dual-use technologies under the ASPIRE program. This collaboration aims to extend iDEX's innovation model to the civilian sector, leveraging the strengths of both organizations to promote indigenous capabilities and foster impactful innovations. Launched in 2018, iDEX has engaged over 650 start-ups and facilitated significant procurement orders, while EdCIL has shown remarkable growth in the education sector.
