Bulgaria’s 'Axis of Life,' Russia’s 'Transparent Lands,' and the Turkish-German-Bulgarian co-production 'Those Who Whistle After Dark' were key highlights. Director Atanas Yordanov of 'Axis of Life' drew parallels between Bulgarian and Indian spirituality, while Maksim Dobromyslov of 'Transparent Lands' discussed themes of aspiration and migration. Director Pınar Yorgancıoğlu emphasized cinema's ability to unite diverse cultures, with her debut focusing on existential themes.
