iGOT Karmayogi Platform Enhances Civil Services Capacity

The iGOT Karmayogi platform, part of the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building - Mission Karmayogi, aims to enhance digital learning and capacity building for government employees. Operational across Ministries, Departments, and now onboarded by most States and Union Territories, the platform has 1.48 crore users and offers more than 4200 courses in over 23 languages. A key focus is on multilingual content and role-based competency frameworks, promoting lifelong learning through initiatives like the National Learning Week. The platform is central to the government's strategy of providing accessible, high-quality training to civil servants, as shared by Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh in Parliament.
