IICA and DGR Conclude Certification Program for Defence Officers

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) successfully completed the third batch of their Directors' Certification program in Corporate Governance for Defence Officers. The program, held from November 7 to 21, 2025, trained 30 senior officers from all three services, enhancing their knowledge in corporate governance and independent directorship. This initiative aims to leverage the leadership skills of defence personnel in the civilian corporate sector, addressing the need for ethical and visionary board members in Indian corporates.
